Can anyone supply me with instructions on how to lower the entry/exit volume that comes out of the main panel when entering/exiting?
It's currently deafening levels, and there's no way you could come back late at night without waking up the already sleeping household.

I've got the engineers code to get into those menus. Can't find any obvious way of doing it in the user menus.

thanks :)

Go to Volume Control in engineers menu. I always set these to:

A Exit 2
B Exit 2
A Entry 2
B Exit 1

Tamper 2
Day alarm 2
Chime 2

Ok, that's great, thanks a lot!
Got in there and set the volumes successfully :)

Do you also know if it's possible to change the volume of the confirmation beeps, when Setting the via the remote fob?

Don't forget that you are supposed to be able to hear the Exit/Entry chimes from outside the premises with the door shut.

why would that be? so you can confirm the alarm set successfully? I think it gives us a green light on the remote fob.... I'll double check.
