Pyronix Enforcer push notifications don't work

I have a Pyronix Enforcer 32-WE. Push notifications to my Moto G XT 1541 (3rd gen.) only work when it's on the home WiFi network, but not when it's on 4G ... not much use, really!

The phone is registered and enabled with PyronixCloud. The Pyronix HomeContol+ app on the phone contacts the panel OK on 4G. The phone uses the O2 network via GiffGaff. The phone is running Marshmallow fully up to date. Any ideas please?
