Hi there,

I would like to use the tag reader in the main panel - does this need to be enabled for use in a menu first before trying to add a particular tag & user? Hope someone can help - thanks.

Add tag as you would a user code from manager access

I tried this but the tag wasn't recognised - Are pyronix tags unique? - not sure of the make of the one I tried!

Not sure, one I was given which is why I wondered if it has to be a pyronix one

Could be anything .....if it's blue it's not a Pyronix one unless it's a aftermarket fob ...

Don't forget 1 x Fob per user, not 1 x Fob hanging behind the picture adj. as so many do. You'd be surprised
