My alarm went off whilst unset, my daughter went out of the back door. Disarmed & now showing 'Landing Wirls Supervn F1' fault. Can set the alarm but have to listen to it go off for a while if I unset this zone, which is annoying on a night. Again yesterday the alarm was unset and it went off again when I went out of the back door. The sensor on that door doesn't light up blue like the front door does.
How do I fix this?
 
Sensor probably needs a new battery.
I would advise changing all the batteries in the sensors at the same time.
 
Thanks for that, is it fairly simple & where do I get batteries from are they a specialist thing?
