Pyronix Euro 46 CSL GRADESHIFT and Home Control 2.0 possible?

Evening, I'm an engineer who works for an alarm company.
I recently upgraded Coms from Pyronix GPRS communicator to CSL Gradeshift Pro 2 today client called unable to access home control 2.0 (Didn't realise he had the app)
Are you able to have Module still connected while CSL unit works of SIA. Don't think this is possible as app setup no longer in the menu since SIA is running thought i'd check on here for an response from other engineers

I think that’s via the comms module , but your only going to have single path…?

Yeah and client wants dual path signalling and the app difficult really need to speak with my line manager he thinks it would work I’ll tell him to go instead
