hiya have recently moved into a house which has a quartz E7 water heater, I am completely new to electric water heaters and cannot seem to get hot water, the boost botton works and the LED light goes on whenever i press boost but the 24 hour clock dial doesnt seem towork I have read the manual and set the dial accordingly but the off peaklight never lights up and I have never had hot water water unless I press the boost botton,is it something im doing wrong or is there a fault??? please help!!!!
