Question about damp possibly caused by leaking guttering

I have identified two patches of damp in my house that could be caused by water from the guttering getting into the walls - they are high up at the join between the wall and ceiling on outside walls that have guttering/drain pipes located exactly where I am seeing the damp patch. I also have a localised damp patch from an unknown source in my utility room on the ground floor, and I suspect it might be the same thing or something like a pipe leaking into the wall. The house was built in the 80s and is not damp anywhere else, so I'm 99% sure I have some leaks rather than anything else.

My question is, who do I get to come and look at it? I don't think it's a damp specialist as they seem to just install damp proof courses and that's not the problem. Do I need a guttering specialist or a plumber or some other kind of specialist?
