I plan on ftting a boss strap at the base of my vent/stench stack (cast Iron)

The stack only serves the bathroom with the toilet, shower/bath & sink connected.
My plan is to fit a strap boss at the base for a utility room conversion below the bathroom. Its only to serve as waste for a sink, washing machine & dishwasher.
I am worried as the stack is for stench as well as waste, will I end up with an odor at the lowest point? or should it still work its self up & out into the open pipe outside?
