Could you please help me understand where this side gap on my shutter box is coming from, and how I might fix it?
I’ve noticed a leveling issue when I measure behind the box.
I should add that all of my shutter boxes have a gap on the sides, and it's a problem because air is getting through.
Here are some photos.
If someone could tell me what to do, the "professionnal" is coming back to check my issues this week, i just home that it is not a big deal... as i am not an expert i would like to avoir that he tries to convince me that it is like this and somehow not his problem..
