question re changing window spec with building regs

It has taken months to get my different items signed off I have everything passed now. My question I have spec for a specific roof window I found at the time and now although can find it now it's gone up in price. Wanting to get a good deal i shopped around and found one that looks the same can i just buy this other one or do i need to go through building regs again. the first one works out around £207 and i need 3 the other one i found is only £130 ?

What happens do they just look at the windows or expect to see receipts etc to check window spec.

Any help appreciated.

In what material aspect(s) do the new ones not perform when compared to the originals?

Hi thanks for coming back to me;

I can see no difference the look is the same, the glazing they are both 24mm double glazed and filled with Argon gas. The wood/ material is the same as far as I can tell.
