Ive taken off our old 750mm wide traditional rad and want to put a new modern vertical rad in its place. My question is that the new vertical rad is only 500mm wide. The floor is concrete so cant have the boards up to redo pipework. Is it possible to deal with this distance with valve extensions or do they not do them that long? If not what would you suggest please?

Any help appreciated

Thanks

No - you need to remove the lockshield, add an elbow (or two) and then a new lockshield.
There are extension tails around but not in the lengths you're looking for.

ok thanks, not worried about the 'looking a dog' bit as itll be permanently behind a chest of drawers on one side so invisible
