Hi,

On the threshold between old and new of an extension I believe the concrete strip has crumbled slightly under the vinyl causing a slight dip where people keep walking across it.

I was thinking of prying up where the dip is and stuffing in the sand to level. I am concerned I won't get the tile back in.

I can't lift it out as it is trapped in by the skirting board and all the other tiles.

Any suggestions?

Remove skirting, put screw in centre join at edges where any damage will be obscured when replacing skirting. Use screws to pull centre joint up to free .

Not sure I fancy the damage from getting the skirting off
