Quiet Lock shields please

hi all,

Have recently been doing some rad balancing and have come across a couple of lockshields that are extremely noisy.

All my valves appear to be around the same age, design and style and all appear to not have much change on the water temp etc until they are all but 1 turn from fully closed.

Two valves however are extremely noisy just where i want them to be to get my desired temp diff between inlet / outlet.

Can anyone suggest a decent "quiet" valve, all rads are run from a modulating boiler if this makes any difference to choice.

What boiler do you have? Is it possible that the flow rate on the pump is too high and that's why the system is noisy?

Boiler is Baxi 830
Start up is when the valves is at it’s worst.
as it starts to modulate the pump speed and reduce flow and temp the noise does reduce but it’s still a lot noisier than my other valves
