rad cold, flow hot, return cold

Recently had a power flush on system, since then 1 radiator does not get hot. The flow pipe is red hot but the return is cold and the radiator only gets very slightly warm. Checked lockshield valve is open, bled all radiators. If I turn all other radiators off this one does get hot, which suggests it is not blocked (shouldnt be after a powerflush!)

I have checked the TRV pin which seems ok

any ideas ?

I'd get the flusher back, or did you do it yourself?

turn off all the other rads, and tell us what the cold one does.

nope had company in to do the powerflush, which they suggested off the back of another problem and ended costing me a fortune, so ideally want to solve problem before getting them back again.

If I turn off all the rads, the cold one then gets red hot.

Your rads need to be balanced.
