Rad pipes behind coving?

Is this ok?

We have some alteration work done and need to move radiator. Would be fitted behind about 1.5 metre length of coving.

Also is it ok to fit rad pipes into stud partition?

Yea either is fine, just make sure the pipework is checked for leaks before making good.
