Radial circuits & 2 wires from 1 MCB

Hi,

Whats the current thinking/regs about having 2 Radial circuits from 1 MCB ? I've got a split load MK consumer unit. In one position I have a Type B 6A MCB feeding a set of outside lights. The lights at the front come back to the CU on 1.5mm2 cable and the lights at the rear come back on another 1.5mm cable. So effectively it is the "Outside Lights" circuit, with 2 Radials hanging off 1 MCB.

Is this acceptable ?

No probs, perfectly acceptable.

nothing wrong with it though if theres space seperate breakers are preferable so you lose less in a fault
