radiator bleed / vent screw?

Best source would probably be a scrap radiator... have a look in skips and front gardens etc. :wink:

Have you tried a proper plumbers' merchants (not DIY "shed")?

Yes, M6 means a diameter of 6mm, but I'm not certain those would fit your rad.

Agree with CO - you might be able to get a 1/4 inch bsp screw in vent complete , and braise it into the outer hole in the rad :idea:
 
I plan to measure the diameter of the old radiator bleed/vent screw (the head of this screw is damaged) and buy the same size of this Rapid-Dose Radiator Vent Pin Adaptor (they come in 4M, 5M and 6M)

I can also use it to inject inhibitor in the system...?
