Radiator Calculations for extension, please

Hello, I am trying to calculate the BTU for rads in a single storey extension with 3 exterior walls and approx 8 sqm of windows for budgeting purposes.

The difficulty I am having is that the interior is not a flat ceiling - it is going to be vaulted, The highest point is going to be 4.5m. I have calulated the interior volume as approx 75 cubic metres.
Can anyone help me as all the calculators are for bsaic rectangular rooms.
