Anyone know what the best way to do a touch up on these old style radiators is? Note this is the worst bit.

The finish is thick, I assume this is powder coating?

The colour I would say is magnolia-ish.

I would guess that they are electrostatically powder coated.

It is going to be very difficult to touch in any paint. Sorry.

How old are the rads? Are they in warranty?

Out of interest, do you hang wet clothes on them?

I thought they were likely powder coated, they'd be difficult to spray!

I don't know how old etc they are as they were here when I bought the house.

I don't hang anything on them myself. It seems most cracking is happening on them up around the tops like this, I guess weakened finish where the thingy screws in.

I'm really looking for a temporary measure, maybe gluing the cracks too, not sure. I think in the end it will be send them all away for powder coating when I get fed up of it, or buy new ones, which of course aren't cheap.

Fair play. I guess you could try to sand the paint edges to feather them out but you may end up having to try and smooth out a rough iron cast finish.

2 pack filler may enable you to provide a step-less flat finish but I am not sure if it will blow in time.
