radiator not working

I do not understand why the radiator in my loft conversion does not work. There are 3 radiators in the loft, one of them work OK but the other two take a long time to warm up ( 2-3 hours) and sometimes stay stone cold.

What is the problem. I have tried to increase the pressure from 1 bar to 1.6 bar as recommended by BG engineer but still same problem. Can anyone have an answer

Have you balanced the system?. try turning off the rad that gets hot to see if there is any improvement on the others
