radiator pipe denso tape staining my wall

Does anyone have any idea how I can stop the stain seaping though?

Zinsser stain paint doesn't work.

So now Im thinking of removing the stained plaster then either:

1) coating the denso tape with silicone filler, then plaster skim again?
Or
2) cement render the wall?

Any suggestions much appreciated!

Denso is an oil based product I would suggest zinsser BIN as the one I would try, two coats. Bullseye123 or coverstain are probably the ones you have tried.lean off as much stain with white spirit as you can first. Or as you say cut out and wrap the denso in silver foil.
