Radiator tail not coming off

Hi, any suggestions on how to take this radiator tail off? I've tried with a wrench and pliers but have damaged the thread whilst doing so. I've also tried a TRV tail driver on a drill but because the threads damaged it doesnt hold onto it well and just turns.

Pair of Stiltsons. You can't have damaged the threads by trying to undo it.

Why not use a tail allen key

Tried a tail allen key and it doent fit in the hole

Why not use a tail allen key

That's a modern standard tail - the rad HEX key will only fit the old standard union type tails, i.e - the one on the left in the pic below

Pair of vise grips on the chewed hex will get that out. Threads will be ok as they're what's actually in the rad tapping.

Try some heat, maybe carefully use a bit of boiled kettle water?

THanks I tried using the vise grips on the chewed hex but it doesnt hold/grip onto it.
