maybe thats the problem, sometimes the physical size of a wall/under window isn't large enough for the heat requirement and you need to double up. Not knowing the sizes i cant say if its undersized, what pipe size is it ?

sorry, i dont know, it looks around 10/12mm but i could be totally wrong. i have now asked them to fit another rad when they fit the room stat next week.

i will then see i that does the trick
