Radiators hot when they have been turned off...

First off I have a baxi solo 2 boiler. I have my hot water constantly on, however, this evening i turned my heating on for an hour and turned it off, no problem there. But a few hours later my radiators came on automatically even though they have been switched off. I had similar problems earlier this year with my boiler but I believed I had them fixed. Does anyone know how this can be resolved or does it need to be fixed by a plumber?
