Radiators Not Heating Properly - Pump Faulty or Not

Ah that thermostat. It is a Drayton Digistat which is located in the hall with the receiver located beside the boiler. Is there a way to check it is working?
 
Oh ,ok . I thought the stat was near the boiler. Probably not an issue there,in the hall
