radiators not working

Hi All
long story short as possible
6 New radiators fitted ( 2 bathroom towel type included in that total)
one of the old ones which was working but not well isn't working at all now, checked the temostat and pin, pin is moving but not much movement downwards, wd40'd it and tapped it best i could, it's moving but not much
pipe leading into temostat is warm/ hot but absolutely no heat in radiator, checked inlet on other side all ok there
The other is new bathroom rad / towel rad
nothing on temostat and nothing on inlet side
No heat either in pipe leading into temostat
Bled both no air in system
i'm stumped, any ideas on what my next move should be, besides moving

Assuming all rad valves are fully opened turn off all radiators that are working to force circulation through non working rads.
Make sure no air in rads if a sealed system it's up to correct pressure.

What sort of system do you have combi/heat only
Where they all working before you changed them

heat only and yes they were all working
