Radiators on when HW on

i have a ideal classic boiler and a lifestyle LP522 programmer.

My problem is that when HW is selected all the radiators in the house come on.

Can anyone tell me why this is and what I can do to stop it.

Also I can't just select CH. HW needs to be selected for boiler to fire up.

I also have a Lifestyle mid position valve in airing cupboard if this helps.

Youre valve is probably letting by-replace it with a honeywell 3 port valve.
