Radiators with thermostat valve not working properly

Don't know what the **** I've done here but i've made a real dogs dinner of putting in some radiators and the wife is well on my back. Anyway, I installed these radiators in the 2 bedrooms, the problem is, the radiators downstairs work ok, the ones i installed upstairs get warm but not hot and seem to stay the same temperature no matter what setting the thermostat valve is on.

Any ideas guys?

Turn all other rads off and only leave on the 2 you have fitted and wait for them to get hot. Once they are hot, turn the other rads back on one at a time until you have a balanced feel to your system.
