hello!

I'm having problems with my central heating and not sure what to do.

Some radiators are heating up sufficiently but many stay luke warm or sometimes go completely cold. I have tried bleeding them and actually let some water out of one ... it was dark in colour. so maybe the system is clogged up? But now not sure if there is enough water in the system ... they don't make any noises though

I tried turning the valve of each radiator to allow more water into the radiator but not sure if that's the right thing to do/which direction to turn the valve.

... basically I'm probably making it worse!

do I need to call someone out to fix this? or is it something I could do myself? If so, how much should I expect to pay? I'm in the wimbledon area.

would appreciate any advice!
