having to place the old ford standard back in car and entered wrong codes 3x
panel display .. _ _ _ instead of _ _ _ _

now have correct code but unable to enter them as display nolonger give the numerics to allow code.

any ideas

have u tried disconeccting the power supply to the radio for a hour or so? it might reset it again, then hopefully should be able to enter the code.

yeah tried it, it needed 1/2 hr constant live power to reset itself, thanks anyway
