Rads come on when I have a shower or turn hot tap on

I had a viesmann 111 fitted in January and has been fine up until now.

I have a 2 port valve running upstairs rads and UFH system on the ground floor with heatmiser stats. The hot water comes on as and when and not run on a timer or anything.

For some reason since yesterday the rads upstairs seem to come on and get hot after I have had a shower - I think this is the cause as I can’t think of anything else it might be. I have reset my stat for upstairs but still seem to be having same issue.

Pic of my valves attaches and the rf switch. Any views on what the issue might be as it’s really getting on my tits !!

No other work carried out recently? Sounds like the motorised valve is passing, but also sounds like an internal boiler component may have failed.

Yeah done the whole house - 2 new bathrooms upstairs and full Reno downstairs. Been ok until yesterday through
