i have a potterton prima 60f which i have just replaced the pcb board to get it fired up thanks for fixing that problem now i notice if i put it on heat water only its heating the rads aswell any ideas whats gone wrong this week

Find what they look like (so you know what to look for), and then start in the airing cupboard.
Work from there.
There are no hard and fast rules to suggest where they are (due to the boots with spur's on element amongst us).
I found 3 today in one house BURIED IN SCREED...wrapped in plastic bags. And h/water was gravity fed!
Now that must be a first.
Funny thing was, he removed his carpet and chipped then out because he thought one was faulty. 2 wires to bypass the programmer and temporary heat was restored.

bashed my myson around abit tonight in airing cupboard will replace it tomorrow.is it a big job changing it havent had the top off yet,cheers peter
