I'm ready to pour concrete for a raft foundation for my garage - trouble is there's sub zero temperatures forecast into next week!
What's the best way to proceed - Is there such a thing as heated blankets you can rent?

Thanks for any opinions

if its just a foundation and not "finished" concrete you could lay some hessian or some other insulating/protecting material over the top.

The ground's frozen rock solid - wasn't sure whether this would affect it either. It'll be the 'finished' garage floor, I don't think polythene and/or hessian will be sufficient. Think Arctic Tundra conditions
