Hi is this caused by drip tray? Had a quote for £500. This is above the door in kitchen. Roof has been done, gutters checked as well as new seal along door and window. Rain is running down door inside. They said they will take out three bricks. £500 is this reasonable. Urgent please any help ta.

Maybe this is rain coming inside Dripping down kitchen door. Kitchen and bathroom extension flat roof bathroom over kitchen. There are a few cracks out side and one on bathroom upstairs I'm worried about. That's for another board tho.
