Raising pressure on Valliant combi boiler

Does anyone know how to raise the pressure on a Valliant ecoTEC boiler? My manual doesn't seem to give this instruction.

There are two taps under the boiler one about centre of the unit and one to the far left of the unit, turn the centre one so it follows the pipe line into the boiler then the far one to the same fill to 1.5 bar then turn off the taps
