Anyone come across the above manufacturer of toilets and WC pans? I'm looking at a rimless wall hung pan that seems quite reasonably priced. Are they a good manufacturer?

Based in United Arab Emirates, manufacturing in UAE, Bangladesh, India and Iran. So probably not much different from most of the others. The stuff's OK, but you get what you pay for. If you want really good, look at Duravit and Villeroy & Boch.

Have you seen the flushing mechanism yourself work ie does it get rid of solids easily or like those rubbish ones which take two flushes for the larger dumps?

Speaking of Duravit, if you order directly from one of the German retailers it's almost two thirds of the uk price. I was told however that even though the model number are the same they have an inspection shelf in the toilet.

You know anything about this?

When we had the tiny bathroom in our 2 BR london flat refitted 11 years ago we used a RAK ceramics compact close coupled WC. We did have a more expensive mfr and unit in delivered but it would not fit, so the RAK was the fall back.

It was cheaper. And it was ok, certainly the size was better in BR. It was still working when we sold about 6 years later, it flushed ok. The mechanism wasn't amazing, glazing not perfect, and I remember it said pre-leak tested but some of the seals leaked after installation and the fitters had to come back and pull apart and re-assemble to get it right...they cursed a lot. You may say you get what you pay for but apart from the niggles on installation it was ok.

Ideal standard do a good range of rimless and a very good rimmed pan 'aquablade'.

have Only used what we have used before, not into gambling on unknown imported goods from glossy internet import companies.
