Rak Summit WC - Recommended?

Having spent ages looking across the market, the Rak Summit seemed to the best-fit for my requirement. Thing is, I checked on TrustPilot and Rak get absolutely slated, with many complaining about flushing issues and poor quality ceramics; not specifically related to the Summit though i.e. many don't state which model they're referring to.

So, has anyone got an opinion on this particular model of WC, good or bad, or for that matter the company in general?

I should add that after seeing the bad reviews for Rak, I then turned my attention to the other manufacturers that I had been considering and they all get bad press e.g. Ideal Standard were rated worst of all, which surprised me!

Any brands stand out from the crowd? Don't mind paying more for good quality and keen to avoid a poorly-performing loo! TIA
