Looking to change a Randall timer 102 with a 103 model. Would this be a straight swop. Or would it need rewireing. Any help

Why ???

If you really must Then link terminals 1 & 2.

The 102 is dual channel - separate contacts for heating and water. The 103 is single channel. So not interchangeable!

But as above, why change? If it’s broken there are many better controllers than the ancient 102.

As already advised no , one is a programmer the other is a time switch, far better cheaper options available
