Wifey has persuaded me to get her a Range cooker, and a double oven in new kitchen.(why when we only get chips and egg  ) Always had gas so I need to run a cable from one side of the kitchen(range) to the other (double oven) and then to CU. Do i need to run seperate cables to CU. (range rated at 2.5KW, double oven 4.5KW) or can i run both to heavy duty junction box then to CU?? would you use 6mm cable or 10mm??
( I do have room in the CU for seperate cables)

Both go on 32A 6mm² circuit, proving that circuit length is not huge & no correction factors apply.

cheers securespark, thanks for answer. cable length approx 15mtrs overall. planing to hardwire them both to 45amp cooker conection units.
Sound ok??

tell her to have a range with a gas hob, they're better.
