Range Powermax 155 - No HW

I have a Range powermax 155.
I have to have the CH on to get any hot water.
I have the HW set for 24h and CH on timed but there is not enough HW to run a bath. If I set the CH on 24h there is plenty of HW.

Recently had to re-pressurise exp vessle as system kept blowing out all the water through PRV.

can anyone help?

May have
1. faulty flow switch
2.flow switch relay n/w
3. hot water pump jammed, but i dout it as you get some h/w.

use your instructions to fault find, if none avail look here

This problem sounds as though it is a plate heat exchanger or blending valve problem if you were in a hard water area this would point to a scale problem. As you are in Staffs. I would probably look at sludge being the cause or that the thermal store is not getting up to temp. Bite the bullet and call heateam (08706 096096) as their call out charge includes parts and labour.
