Range Tribune HE no hot water

Boiler is working, radiators working but no hot water. It looks like valve on top of tank has no pressure. How can this be raised.

Open black tap by red vessel till it reaches 1 bar then turn off

Odd how the heating is working. Mostly both won’t work due to lack of pressure.

Firstly thank you for your response.

Currently pressure gauge under red tank is at 2.2 but gauge above water tank is at 0.0 and I can't see any pressure value to adjust.

it will be your hot water motorised valve that has gone
