Had a quick look at it , didnt have a multim with me . Power up and pump runs without a demand . Put a demand on , nothing happens pump just keeps running no power at aps or fan ? Any ideas anyone . Thanks ....

Don't even go to a modern boiler without a multimeter.
Temperature sensor. Boiler thinks it's already hot would be my guess.

Thanks dc, do u mean the overheat cut out or the c.h. sensor
If the pump is running the boiler probably thinks it's hot.
Check your thermistor valves resistance values would be a good start.
