WOrth a call to Ravers then if you can see which bit of the boiler is leaking. It might be that a nut just needs doing up, but if something more expensive you might get somewhere by invoking Sale of Goods Act and Fitness For Purpose. Tell them you'll be telling the world how they behave.

So get the front off the boiler and have a butchers.

If you didnt register the guarantee at the time then you could try telling them that it was fitted 10 months ago and ask for a service call. I have never known their engineers ask to see any documentation. I know it's a little bit naughty but you do want your 520 quidsworth. If you give them an inkling that its been more than 12 months they wont touch it but if you ask they will recommend someone local who has been on one of their training courses..

You'll need to provide the serial number of the boiler for the call, from which Ravers will be able to deduce the date of manaufacture. I think they schedule a visit if it's within 18 months from this date.Presumalbly they give merchants 6 months to shift it. They will also be able to tell which merchant sold the boiler.
