Ravenheat CSI primary AAA condensing boiler problem

Boiler sparks and lights up ok but output to CH flow gets very hot boiler flame goes out and stays out even after return and flow cool down for about 3 to 5 mins.
During this time if boiler is turned off then on goes through lighting again no problem but then repeats as above ?
any ideas welcome
