ravenheat csi85 error

hi...my ravenheat csi 85 has a weird error
the hot water works fine as it should but when I tell the boiler to work for heating it does nothing...it clicks on a relay and that is about it...no call for gas and no ignition...the fan doesn't even start up...anyone got any ideas please...
