ravenheat ls80 boiler, dead apart from power led being dim

boiler appears dead, apart from the power led being very dim when pressed in, pump or fan not working, checked fuses, water pressure is at .7 bar, but would this cause the power led to be dim ?

68v to ignition pcb, 0v at pump

any ideas on what could be the cause, pcb or ignition board ?

check ya thermistors b4 doin anything, quite common on the ravenheats
