Hi all

newbie, not qualified, just curious for answer

Water pressure gauge is increasing over a number of days, even whilst the filler tap is closed. filler tap has been tested and is not leaking.

What internal mechanism could be faulty that would allow this "backflow"?

first thing to do is disconnect the filling loop it might be passing even though turned off
