Scrap it and buy a proper cooker!
The Rayburn 460k is, frankly, a ribbon developed disaster imho.
They designed something that doesn't work well and then made changes so that it might, perhaps. This meant more changes needed to be made and on and on....

Lift the hot plate and see if the firebox insulation has collapsed, or whether the combustion chamber is sooted meaning a new blast tube is required,
