Anyone aware/know. If there is Hager 30mA RCBO, that can be used as a swap-out for a BS3871 type 2 M3, M106.

Sadly not. The profile of the M series is different to the MTN/ ADN series.
Best bet would be to fit an external enclosure with a two pole RCD fed from the M106.

Yes I called Hager this morning and they confirmed that there is no RCBO, that will fit.
So it will be a remote/external RCD unit.
