Could be a fault on the wiring or an appliance. Have you unplugged everything, switched any spurs off etc?
Is it constantly tripping or after a while?

It is either a fault on the fixed wiring, or, more likely, a fault on an appliance. Go round and unplug (not just switch off) every plug you find. If it ain't got a plug, switch it off.

Don't forget things like immersion heaters, pond pumps, garage/shed supplies, showers, boilers, floodlights, white goods etc...

Then, if you can (or hire an electrician to do this), IR the whole installation. If it comes back clear, it must be an appliance.
